I will say I was happy with the Juke box, guests loved it. That's it the pie warmer kept tripping all my electricals and saw that it had not been serviced for 2 and half years according to its tag. It took 2 weeks to collect juke box and pie warmer which was only an overnight hire with very little communication. Many promises to pick up, and I waited each time no one ever showed. I should have charged storage fee. I am not here to look after someone elses things. I am a very patient person but this incident was even trying my patients

An absolute scam. Took my money and didn't turn up at all. Would not return phone calls either. Have registered a complaint against them with the police. DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS!!!

Didn't deliver although paid and booked months in advance. Gave excuses for the issue, but no apology, nor refund without pushing for it. No alternative offered, or a discount or anything. This was for a 7yr old girl's birthday party. They notified the morning of the party only hours before that they couldn't provide.Dodged calls, messages, and very hard to get to respond once have your money.

Disgusting service. Took my money and didn't deliver the juke box and have didge my calls and emails ever since. Will be contacting fair trading and the police to get this resolved and my money back

Recently held a function and were left extremely disappointed. Not only did the slushy machine not work at the time and no response was given when we initially contacted the owner, in hope it was a simple fix, we were ignored for days until it was convenient for the owner to collect. We were told we would receive a refund for the slushy machine, and still have not received this, nor even have acknowledgement of bank details being sent across. On top of this, the snow machine was said to run for 45mins, as we purchased extra liquid, which was apparently already added into the machine, worked for approx 20mins, in spurts, as it kept turning itself off. The karaoke machine was average with song choices, the only good thing was the range and quality of the microphone. Proceed with extreme caution if you engage with this company. We would NOT recommend this business at all.
