I had the worst experience with the delivery system here. I waited for the washing machine and refrigerator delivery and they came later than the scheduled time. And they threw the washing machine in the house without unboxing or installing it because it wasn't written on the invoice and just left. I paid for the delivery fee, but the conclusion was that I installed the washing machine. I'm determined not to use Harvey Norman again. Everyone, be careful. If I order delivery here, I just throw it in the house.

We bought a new bed here and Jared the salesman in the beds department was absolutely awesome. He’s knowledge, customer service, friendliness and professionalism is second to none. We had the bed delivered and had a hardness of the bed problem between myself and my partner so we had to go back. He organized a harder mattress to try from offsite storage and when it came in Jared wasn’t there. Unfortunately the service we got from the other salesman wasn’t up to par with Jared so we decided to come back the following day to specifically deal with him and he easily sorted a swap of mattresses personally suited to our individual comfort levels.We recommend Jared so highly as he has the perfect customer service that we all look for in dealing with an important purchase.

My partner and I went to look for washing machines today and was served by a wonderful lady. Hanna bates. She knew her stuff, was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of machines and how they both work, she talked us through the differences in the front loaders and top loader and the water/power efficiency in both!! Well done!

I'd like to give credit to Chayton in the IT Dept for being very helpful setting up our new laptop, etc. Nothing was too much trouble so thanks again Chayton, much appreciated! Also to (ginger) Andrew, our Sales Rep - super helpful at point if sale and also very knowledgeable. Nothing too much trouble either. Both an asset to the Harvey Norman team, Maroochydore.

We bought a new Plaza Lounge from Harvey Norman recently and the service provided from Dean and Steve was exceptional. The lounge was quite difficult to install and they drove out to our home and ensured it was safely and carefully placed. Two very happy customers - we will definitely be returning. Thank you! Today I took my laptop back to the team to assist me with my Norton Anti Virus update. I first dealt with Jarred over the phone. He was extremely professional and told me he would be off today but to ask for Hardik who was extremely professional as well and helpful and didnt try to up sell anything but actully really looked after me price wise. He then put me in the care or Carl who assisted in sorting out my phone and my laptop. The crew were all so much fun and helpful. A really great experience.10 out of 10 guys..

Shae in the tech dept was great. Helpful and knowledgeable and sorted us out with a laptop for our daughter for uni with minimum fuss.

Writing this review on my new laptop I purchased from Harvey Norman Maroochydore last week, with 3 years of product care. The computer salesperson, Shay, was very honest, reliable and a fantastic help, especially through issues with gift cards and following up with me about the purchase as needed. Highly recommend for any tech purchases.

I bought carpet from Harvey Norman so I got a sample of carpet colour much it then they installed it to find out it was the wrong colour from the sample so now I have to live with it. Costumer service was treble never rang me.

There for follow up assistance with loading norton anti virus software on our 5 devices.Stewart was excellent and very patient explaining very clearly what needed to be done.I do a lot of my buying from Maroochydore store due to service and competitive pricing
