Luxe Skin Care is the place to go for the best skin and beauty treatments. Being a male I was reluctant to go to a skin and beauty salon. I did some research and found Luxe Skin Care. I met with Peggy who made me feel so comfortable. I decided to try her treatments. I haven't looked back. My skin is amazing and I look years younger. All my friends can't believe how well I look and the change in me. I can not recommend them high enough. Try it for yourself and see what I mean. Thanks Peggy.

Went in looking for a specific cream they stock. They said they were out of stock right now but could get more if I came in next week. Came in the next week they still didn’t have it. In the interim my partner bought another cream she was happy with. They called asking when I’d be coming in to buy the cream to which I responded that we had found something else.At this point they became very rude. Said they were “pissed off”, and that they had ordered it specifically for me. When I said that they had never said this when I originally asked them and that I would have been happy to pay up front if it was specifically for me, I was told that I was being unfair as they were “nice enough to order it for me without paying” but not to worry I can just “go ahead and do whatever you want”, then hung up.Straight up crazy town response to a pretty standard retail occurrence. Not a 1star as I believe they do provide a good service otherwise.

Absolutely love going to Luxe.Peggy is an expert in her field,her knowledge on skin is superior compared to anywhere I've been.Having been in the industry my self I can honestly say she is the best.

Hi to all you beautiful people. I was just reading some negative and nasty reviews on Luxe Beauty Salon. I've been having treatments with Peggy ever since she opened her business in Drysdale 5 years ago. My skin was very sensitive, she not only corrected and addressed my skin concerns my skin has never looked better, Peggy is very passionate about her work being a Dermal therapist with qualifications in skin science, some people might mistake that for pushy but Peggy is in it for the customers not herself. She has a heart of gold and is a very sincere person with exceptional customer service.If you are looking for an EXEPTIONAL Beauty therapist visit Peggy l highly recommend her.Ten stars for Peggy not 5**********

I have been going to see Peggy for over a year now and have always had such a positive experience. She is professional, caring and genuinely wants the best for her clients skin care. Peggy’s waxing and tinting skills are amazing she spends time ensuring that you walk out of her salon looking and feeling fabulous. I can not fault her knowledge and expertise in all the therapies and services she offers.

Facial itself was effective, but they are so extremely pushy on buying products. The whole thing is a sales pitch and you don’t get a relaxing facial treatment. When you don’t buy the guy said ‘oh, is money a bit tight right now’ as if that is the only reason why I wouldn’t want to buy their products!?! No power of choice apparently.The lady they employ in admin is absolutely lovely, so sweet and customer oriented.

I went in to get some eyelash extensions because i had been going through a rough time and wanted to do something for myself. I thought because of the steep price that it would be a professional service. It was not. When the lady sat me down she put these under eye pads way too close to my real eye and stabbed me which made my eyes water. she used extremely cheap and nasty products. She used scissors to get my eyes open because the glue had stuck my eyes together. it was painful and uncomfortable. Afterwards, they stabbed and irritated my eyes, and it was hard to concentrate on talking to people because of how uncomfortable and painful my eyes felt. I had to book a professional to get them taken off the next day. The Professional said it was the worst case she had ever seen. She had to use two different types of solvent to get them off which took an hour and 20 minutes when it should have only taken ten. Not to mention it was extremely painful. The professional said that if i left it any longer i could have got infections and it was possible that the treatment could have caused significant damage to my eye. DO NOT GO HERE. They have no idea what they are doing and not only will you get a bad service, you will be ripped off.
