Well I called at a busy time and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly with the information / booking needed. Waited in a queue for less than 2 minutes with very reassuring time updates, all G smooth process, go there:)

I was totally surprised at the level of service I received in trying to get my treatment as quickly as possible considering trying another well known North Coast Radiology business could not help me for at least 3 weeks. Amanda at Lumus Ballina basically went out of her way to help me get an appointment today and tomorrow and even contacted my Doctor to have the referral amended to reflect the treatment i required. Thanks to the staff for which i am sure my family and i will be coming to Lumus in future.

We called with urgent request for test, 42 weeks pregnant. We needed to check if baby and water was ok. Got turned away. We have been coming to them for years. Feeling gutted and let down

I’ve been here twice for pregnancy scans and had positive experiences both times. Booking was easy and desk stuff are all really friendly. They even offered a teddy for my toddler to keep her happy. The technicians I’ve had have been professional and done a good job of explaining everything. Prices are reasonable.

Great service by the ladies at the front. Were very helpful in re-scheduling my appointment due to my error in not realising day light savings. Was polite and efficient. Thanks Wave! Saved me quite a few bucks from bulk billing! Was worth the drive from surfers! :)
