Staff were nice and tried to be helpful, however the prices Holden charge - probably nothing to do with local staff - were so expensive as to be insulting. Prices were approx 10 times that of the local company that did fix it. Would have given 5 stars if not for the pricing. My Key stopped working. To replace the - BCM, keys etc I was advised approx $2k. Mr Car Keys @ Maitland cost me less than $200. That's 10x in my book.

Definitely recommend Cessnock Holden services. James goes out of his way to help. He has done amazing job dealing with other companies on our behalf . We broke down late at night on a long trip to Sydney and was towed to the Holden in Cessnock.We went in and saw the team at 7:30am to see if they could help. They had the car checked over and fixed by 11:30am and all covered by warranty.Great service and we are so appreciative that they were so quick to get the car fixed and have us back on the road.
