Just moving into my new property and had to book pest control unexpectedly at the last minute, Sydney side pest control were able to book me in straight away. Our technician was Rod, he was very polite, professional and on time. He explained the processes and what treatments he would be doing and addressed any safety concerns i had. All up he finished spraying my 4brm town house inside n out and treated my kitchen for German cockroach in 30 mins!. Speedy service and well priced, definitely recommend them and will be using their services again for sure!

I had hired this business for cockroach and fleas infestation. And I was promised a warranty for the fleas treatment for three months. Although, the quote was way above the market price, I still went ahead hoping the service would be excellent, and unfortunately I was proved wrong.When the fleas infestation showed no change, I requested to invoke the warranty and the office agreed. But the technician that came over insisted on me paying another charge or he wouldn’t do it. So here I am, I had to call another professional to get the work done. Considering I paid $320 for just one treatment, you can imagine my frustration when nothing was done about it, despite promises to look into it. I would say, use this service at your own risk

Used Sydney Side last year for pest control treatment and again this year for an annual pest control treatment. On time, very experienced, skilled and personable technician came to do the service. Inside and out treatment with minimal disruption but could already see within an hour after the treatment that it was working. Previous treatment was still working almost a year on so it was a no-brainer to book them again. Flat fee for inside and out general treatment of house and surrounds. Worth every dollar. Highly recommend giving them a call to discuss your service needs. Office staff are very courteous and were so helpful in being able to accommodate my scheduling needs. Will definitely be using them again next year

Chris from Sydney Side pest Control was prompt and thorough with his work. He was kind and friendly to deal with and was happy to accommodate any request for additional locations to be sprayed. Haven’t seen any live bugs or spiders since his visit. I will be using them again.

Darren was a top bloke. We arranged the home inspection last minute as we were cleaning up an elderly family members house... and as you can imagine... the more furnitures we moved... the more we found of concern regarding insect infestations. Darren made a full internal/external review and also moved the fridge (which we forgot to do when cleaning) and did a very thorough check and treatment here too. He also found (and exterminated) 2 wasps nests we had no idea were behind a shed and on a back fence. Very professional team locally based and extremely good rates.
