Pleasant on the phone. Took my details for a quote, said we would hear from them in a week. Contacted them again two weeks later, still a no show one month after making contact. Too busy to care apparently.Took our business elsewhere.

The only part of the 50m2 area grassed by Allwest that was good I'd say it was the grass after I was told that the job was completed.After a close look and the departure of the team, I did not like the end product.Next mornings called Allwest turf and Natalie ( phone attendant) heard my concerns. An hour later had the supervisor having a look at the project and after some three way discussion I was contacted by Natalie and in a couple of hours a new team was at my place to redo the job.I recommend Allwest Turf for its business integrity, prompt service and good value.Ariel TendeiroPS. Lots of clove grass growing out of it.

Laid my backyard recently. professionally done. new lawn looks perfect: dense, freshly green and levelled. took care of existing retic nozzles without any damage. Also cleaned all the dirt on the pathway. reasonable price. highly recommended!

I contacted Allwest Turfung regarding installing turf and retic. About a week later we received a quote, pretty good considering the local suppliers either didnt get back to me or advised they couldn't quote for a couple of months. After a poor performing lawn experience in the past (different company) I wanted to get this lawn right. I spoke to Margaret and she was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave advice, so I felt confident we would get a good result with Allwest. And we did. The retic system is working well so far and the lawn is looking great. The installers (thanks Craig, Jason and lawn army) were great, nice looking gear (meaning trucks, etc!!!) and they got the job done quickly and neatly. A positive experience and a good outcome; I would definitely recommend them and i would also question anyone who said they had a negative experience as their whole team was great. Thank you!

We got our front and backyard buffalo palmetto lawn installed by Allwest Turfing and are very happy with the process, product and their service. We highly recommend them.Natalie has been very responsive since day 1 when we contacted them for a quote. They first gave an approximate quote. Then they visited the site and gave a final quote. They also gave the option to change the installation date by calling them a day in advance just in case there are issues with the reticulation or similar.On the day of installation, lawns arrived in the morning, and then there were three boys who came to install them. A big truck and they had all their equipment. The boys were really experts in their work and did the job very efficiently. We (us and the neighbor) loved watching them work as it was fascinating. They left the job site really clean. They set the controller for the new lawn to get plenty of water and instructed me to get in touch with Water Corp. We have seen our neighbor's lawn being installed by another company. Compared to that, both we and our neighbor were impressed with the Allwest Turfing boys.

These guys are reasonably priced and did a good job. They arranged for installation of retic (removed and replaced pavers) and new turf for my front yard. It looks nice. They have a good work ethic and take pride in their work. Recommended.

Not happy with this company has installed our palmetto grass. I have asked for a quote and the lady quoted me a price, without that much knowledge in lawns they gave me a quote with just laying the grass on bear sand no soil at all. They assured us that it will grow, we water twice a day and fertilise but it after 5 weeks it is slowly dying. Waste of $800+

I am extremely happy with the team from Allwest Turfing. Craig and the boys were great in relation to removing the existing lawn, preparing and laying the new lawn. Natalie and Margaret were helpful with my phone queries. Thoroughly recommend them
