APM Employment Services - Ipswich

The staff here are very very rude, they couldn't care about there clients and make unfair calls like suspending payments for no reason and making excess appointments without clients consent!!Very rude and do not recommend at all.

I went in today expecting confirmation that important, time sensitive paperwork had been all completed correctly and been sent off, but no... My consultant wasn't even there but this wasn't the first time. The paperwork was to do with a course I went out and did myself without any credit to APM. This agency is useless. The staff aren't professional. It's a dead end road...

i have had nothing but issues with this job agency especially (vikki) she belittles you because of your mental health no care about the clients at all i have recently lost my mum and i was late one day to a appointment which i never actually got notified about and basically got told because i was out seeing my mums grave that it was no excuse . but i had shown them that i didnt get any messages vikki is absolutely the worst really rude and doesn't care bout your well being belittles u on loosing a job ! also the manger is rude and basically told me to get over the fact my mum had passed do not recommend these they dont help with work clothes or boots and if they do it is the cheap Kmart boots which arent safe on work sites ! so i had to go out and spend 400 bucks on proper saftey boots

I'd rather be dead than have to deal with these muppets.

If I had to i would give them 0 stars some of the staff are very rude. When you think you are doing something good in your life and try to better yourself all they do is abuse you and try to bring you down so much for a des provider

I've been placed with APM .It is impossible to get through to them on the pH . Because they have a message bank that's full and they have no access to it .Some of their staff are lovely , others not so . I've been with them nearly 2 yrs and still don't have a resume.

If I could give Apm Ipswich 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible Job Provider. Worst I've dealt with. They provide no help. Only ever contact you about appointments. Never about jobs. The appointments last 5 minutes and then they just send you off without any actual feedback/help with or about jobs. If you miss an appointment they cancel your payments straight away. I cannot speak for every employee at Apm Ipswich but (Vikki) Is absolutely terrible. And a very rude person who has no regard for you or getting you a job. Very disappointing.
