We cannot speak highly enough about the service we received when using Hello James for airport transfers to and from airport. He is professional in every way and if it hadn't been for his attention to detail and reminders we wouldn't have picked up that we'd given him the wrong return date!He was also so thoughtful he gave us a bottle of milk after getting bags from car because we'd been away for a while.

James was punctual, courteous, simply Excellent from pick up two weeks ago from home to the Airport and back again yesterday after a long flight from London. Even surprised me with a fresh ltr of milk for a Coffee. Thank You mate, Rosco

On a Friday night I needed to organise a house cleaner for the next day (a Saturday), however I didn't like my chances! I found James after a Google search. He was extremely obliging and it was no problem to come out on the weekend at such short notice. James was punctual, brought all necessary cleaning products with him, and cleaned our house beautifully. He was pleasant & professional to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hello James Concierge.
