Not happy with Pizza. Got the Burnt pizza.Live tracker didn’t work on online order. No one picks up the phone when called.At the end had to go order something else and dump this pizza.

I dont usually post negative reviews but today's experience was just beyond disappointing.2 of 3 pizzas were burnt from order last week. We always buy here and this was the first time it happened. I called to ask for a refund, and had to wait a very long time. But I was told no refund will be given and they will instead will be given 2 free pizzas. No code, no reference.Today I rang to order pizza while we waited at the front of the store, and was told I had to buy online and they will refund. Seriously?After speaking to the manager, they said they will make the pizza and will be ready in 15 minutes. (This was after being on the phone for 10 mins)30 mins later, I asked about the order and that was only the time they actually prepared the pizza. I had to wait a total of 50 minutes, while waiting for outside the store. Despite being told it was supposed to be just 15 mis.This time around, the pizza is not burnt. But the vegorama looks a lot lighter than usual, so thin crust not as crunchy. But cant be bothered.Photos below from last week's order.

Dirtiest shop I've ever been in.Now the food....if you could call it that.Terrible....absolute garbage.Service...looked cute but selling pizza for an on-line order.No hope shop with TERRIBLE pizza.Read the reviews before ordering is my advice.Cheers

Ordered two pizzas at 5:50pm online. Received an order confirmation and it said that the pizzas would arrive between 6:18pm and 6:38pm. The live tracker is not even working and I am being asked to rate my order and it has not even arrived yet. I tried to call the store but no one is answering the phone.Not sure what the staff are doing in the store... Absolutely appalling service and I would never order from here again.Stay away <3

Today I ordered!….. one of my order was not right I called them about the Choco lava.There’s some mark of box of chocolate. It’s means the food I order was not handle properly.

They deserved one star, Ordered a couple of pizzas and garlic bread and one of them was Chicken Tikka pizza they sent beef and union pizza. Look at it Garlic bread how burnt it that.

I ordered pizza and garlic bread last Friday night. Took 45 minutes to arrive. Pizza was cold, garlic bread barely warm. Rang at the time to complain. Was told I would get a full refund within 3 days. Still waiting!!!

The delivery was late, one of the pizza's was missing a slice and the delivery guy forgot our drink. Told us that he'll come back in 10 minutes with our drink but never returned back with our drink
