Exceptional customer service, very knowledgable and super helpful answering all my questions. Went to great effort to make sure the product I wanted came in on time for a birthday (Epic Brooks Cambium Saddle in Black!) and I couldn't be happier with the result. Really awesome bikes too. Great bikes, great store, great value.More than happy with my Chappelli 6 months on, and very glad I decided to shop here after long deliberation over where to source my next bike.Wanting something for casual riding and had been considering some of the cheaper options (e.g. those along Parra Road with a not so great reputation), I was sold very quickly once going to the store. Staff are highly knowledgeable and found the perfect bike for my needs (which was different to my initial thoughts looking at the website). Can't fault the service or value for money.Go in, have the conversation, come back in an hour to pick up the perfect ride.
