I walked into the shop early on a Saturday morning, and I walked out within 3/4 of an hour dressed for the races from top to toe.The lovely sales assistant, Gayle was exceptional in that she was able to define my size and style without endless trying on clothes. She even suggested an ankle boot that I would never have looked at, and I have to say they were the most comfortable boot that I was able to wear all day with no discomfort, which was surprising as I have very wide awkward feet.Thanks Gayle, I felt a million dollars with my new race wear and my friends commented on how lovely my outfit looked.. Your the best, keep up the good work, and I will definitely by shopping with you again the next time I am in Bairnsdale.

My Husband and I were visiting Bairnsdale and I wanted to visit Take and shape to buy a few outfits that I needed but the older lady with the very short that was incharge was extremely rude and unprofessional.First of all she didn't even greet us when we walked into the store she just told us to wear a mask and when I told her that my husband and I have a medical exemption she just gave us this cold look as if we were lying to her so after that we just walked out of the store I definitely did not want to buy anything from them and I was actually planning of spending a bit of money for clothes that day so its your loss you should have some respect and manners towards you customers
