I had the pleasure of meeting Angela on Thursday evening whilst on the hunt for a Christening gift for my beautiful niece. Angela was informative, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with, I even received a completely unprompted sweet email on Sunday wishing our family all the best on such an important and special day. Angela left an amazing and genuine impression on me and I was so impressed with her lovely nature. Thank you again, I will be back soon x

Very lovely team cant recommend enough the welcoming of the staff and the time they take to show me arround staff was very patient with me in addition to the beautiful designs they got where u cant really choose one thing as everything is eyecatching . Thank you will definetly visit this store again

The Indian older lady needs to learn respect and manners! I have spend thousands in Michael hill and I will not be purchase again now. I went in to get my engagement ring resized down and this woman acted like i was a peasant and asked had I been more slender when getting the engagement ring! And then when I had informed her that another store had sized it up when I had requested it to be sized down for my wedding (in 5 weeks), she said was I not educated to have noticed it was bigger, I explained that the store employees there said that my engagement ring and wedding band where the same size so I trusted the staff. But after a few wears I just new it wasn’t right. Then she said again are you not educated. I took my rings and paper work and left the store. She proceeded to still shout as I walked out. A review would need to be done! The manager was hiding in the back also wile this was going on!!!!

Worst customer service. Staff did not bother listening to my questions and could tell she would only give me the time of day if I was going to buy something right then and there.

I went here to get my ring size. I got this but wasn’t pleased with the service.She told me that I should look at “this” particular style because i won’t like what i picked out in ten years time.I tried on three different styles and she wrote them down to send to me. All of the details she wrote were correct. However, She crossed out majority of the details and replaced it with “Date Of Birth”.I wrote it down and said I’m 22 but she acted as if I was lying.I often get mistaken for looking younger than I am but it was very rude for her to not send the email she said she would.I give two stars as she was helpful giving information, but she was very judgemental and tried telling me what I should get. I won’t be going back here and neither will my partner.

The SA “kindly” offers me 10% discount on a necklace which I have already looked up online and it’s 20% discount automatically added on check out without negotiation.

AVOID..I was hesitant to attend this store after reading the reviews but i knew what i wanted so i thought it would be an easy process.I was approached by a pushy sales women who was trying to scam me, didn't know i was in Bali.I wanted to order a ring but she was telling me that it couldn't be done, instead wanted to charge me and extra $180 to have to in store ring brushed and made into my size. They also had a $20 promo for signing up and spending over $100 ( i was spending $1200) which she and the manager told me wasn't valid for my purchase. therefor trying to scam me $200.I went to Michael hill Rouse Hill and got the honest service that you would expect.

How disgusting can your service be? My partner came in to resize his ring I bought him 3 years ago from Michael Hill burwood, I understand that it's an old stock however all my partner was asking for was to be resized. The Indian Australian lady was trying to help him however the other lady was accusing my partner of lying about the product being from Michael Hill. She disrespectfully yelled at my partner by saying that product is not from Michael Hill, they don't even sell it.
