Bunbury Blind Gallery

We really like the blind product that Bunbury Blind Gallery supplied but we’re extremely disappointed with the installation quality and any help to rectify the problems.I’m no blind expert so I did expect them to foresee any installation issues.I wish I had installed them myself.The installer hacked our windows with a reciprocating saw - an extremely savage demolition tool in my opinion. The sliding windows are very easy to pop out and take outside for a neat cut with a smaller saw.Every window had a pile of sharp metal off cuts around it.At least 4 of the blinds were badly measured (and apparently our fault). Ie- some blinds go down between the skirtings and one is only a few mm short of being able to do the same!If you use these guys make sure you hire a professional installer!!

I have never found any other service business that has been so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. highly recommended and we would use them again.

I found the lowest price in Bunbury and service unbelievable. Every one asked for two - four weeks to install and Bunbury Blind Gallery finished my order in two days. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and Thanks Tracey for great experience.

Had blinds fitted a couple of years ago, excellent service. However requested a quote and was paid a visit by a rep two weeks ago who promised a quote the next day. No quote, called a few days later and was promised a quote the next day, still no quote.Why give people the run around ?

Yesterday we had our outdoor blinds installed. They are fabulous. Installation was only a week late, understandable considering Covid and lack of staff. Work area was left very clean. Many thanks to Tracy and co.

Oh if we had our time again. What was supposed to be an 8 week turn around ended up being just shy of 11 months.If you are looking for headaches and constant disappointment, coupled with bad communication and customer service, or maybe you just have some spare time up your sleeve or money you want to give away, then this is the place for you.Just be aware when your blinds and curtains start showing up and they are incorrect, this your fault and you will be told that is what you wanted and ordered.When you start questioning the dodgy install as you pick out filings from your carpet from the hacking and grinding of rails inside your home, find chunks of metal everywhere for you babies to eat, and defaced door frames rest assure you are wrong again. It is how they always do it and it’s totally normal.When the cords are on the incorrect side to what you asked for, chains incorrect length, sheers aren’t center opening, rails the wrong colour, the blinds are rolling opposite to what you specified, and the sheers don’t even open, get ready for them to tell you it’s not what you discussed and they don’t recall any conversation of the sort even though it’s written on their order form.When you offend them a little, but really you are only being honest about the overall poor experience from waiting almost a year for blinds and curtains, hanging on to every promise and listening to every excuse they have, be prepared for them to just not finish what you paid for simply because they don’t want to.We now have something that resembles mostly what we ordered, but this was such a disappointing and lengthy experience.
