Homecare assistance were contracted to provide in home care for my tetrapelgic father. In the 4 weeks that they were contracted to provide care, their care team of 4 called in sick or were a complete no show without any notice for 7 out of 20 contracted shifts. Very unprofessional agency. They aren’t able to provide even an acceptable level of care.

Excellent service. Efficient, caring and understanding. They cared very well for my dad before he passed away earlier this year and they are now assisting with my mum. Highly recommended.

If there were minus stars our family would leave a minus. Uncaring, hard to communicate with and treat my grandmother very badly. Have made a complaint to the Commission. They need to be investigated. Huge staff turnover rate- like enormous.

Would give zero stars if it was an option!Unreliable agency no communication! Staff do not show up and no contact is made it to advise of this.Been with the Agency approx 4 weeks, they are suppose to fill 5 shifts a week. They have failed to do so even though they claim to have capacity.

HCA has cared for my mother for quite some time. Their services and carers are fantastic and have given me peace of mind. I was very impressed with their extra efforts whilst I was away overseas and my Mum fell ill, their carers were wonderful. I would definitely recommend them for their exceptional service, friendliness and approachability. Thank you HCA.

Very disappointed with this service. Are looking for another provider. No wonder our elderly and aged community continue to suffer with the lack of quality, accountability and care that is provided by these aged care providers.

Really disappointed with the service and lack of communication and professionalism with this Home care provider. Sub standard service. I would go elsewhere for your loved elderly relatives.
