Incredible office space at 101 Moray Street. Why would you want a commercial lease and all its problems when you can have a space like this and more importantly the support of the Central House staff led by the lovely Georgia. I will take this opportunity to thank Georgia for the wonderful assistance she provides. Not often do you meet someone so efficient, reliable, welcoming and eager to make our experience a good one. We recently had the pleasure of working at Central House when on a business trip to Melbourne. Firstly the venue was outstanding. Lovely meeting offices, amazing breakout spaces and kitchen area, indoor golf and more. But probably the most outstanding thing were our 3 hosts, who went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Georgia, Cassidy and Benz. We will absolutely be back.

The entire bliss team are so stoked to be in Central House! World class facilities, great office environment and located in an awesome spot. Great pubs and food options nearby. Georgia and the entire CH team are incredible to deal with and have as our front of house team members. We love it.

I had the pleasure of working at Central House (CH) for few months in early 2021, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! The space is well-serviced, and the facilities are just top-notch.I particularly enjoyed the meeting spaces and the welcoming vibe from the staff. Georgia, Bez, Cassady and the whole CH team is both welcoming and attentive to your specific business needs. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

We ran a team day at the venue. Cass and the team were so helpful both in the lead up and on the day, which made everything so easy for me so I could focus on the day itself. It's a really fun space, with great breakout areas for group work and excellent facilities. The team gave great feedback about the space. We wouldn't hesitate using the space again for another team day. Thanks!

Our team recently had the pleasure of using one of the meeting rooms at Central House for a full day workshop. Safe to say we will use this space for all our workshops! The room was super quiet, private, and had everything we needed; whiteboard, TV screen, water, flipcharts etc. Not only are the facilities world class, but the service is immaculate too. And of course, special mention to the basketball court and virtual golf, big win with the team! Thanks for a great experience.

Such a great space to work, network and hang out. Really beautiful design and layout and great general vibe. The amazing staff are incredible - Georgia, Cass, Amy etc. So helpful, friendly and always willing to help. Can't recommend this place enough.

Our team have just moved into a new office at Central House, South Melbourne and we couldn't be happier! The facilities are amazing (and practical) and the Community team have all made us feel so welcome - they really know how to do Co-working WELL!! An awesome way for us to end a tough year!
