I am sitting here in the cafe and could not resist doing a review. The welcome we received was warm and fabulous. The owner/barista was so friendly and accommodating. The place may not have fancy furniture but the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful….

On point B&E rolls and the relish is spot on. Flavour with all the food. Nothing bland. Coffee is excellent, never burnt. Service is great and the boys are always up for a chat. Well worth going to no matter where you are in Newcastle. Divert from everywhere and go here.

Small but very cosy cafe. Serves good breakfast/ brunch. The serving is generous. Very friendly boss.Will we come back again? Definitely.

Really great Cafe. Very tasty food and friendly staff. They were really nice and great to the kids I work with. I recommend this place as I could not fault the food nor the service. Their burgers with the extras on it were very yummy indeed. Thanks to all involved.

Lovely cafe with a beautiful outside area! They didn't have any vegan options that we could see, but the affordable smashed avocado was easily made vegan and the staff was very helpful and nice! The homemade relish was also amazing! Loved the coffee as well, we will be back!

Unpretentious, relaxed and super-friendly vibe from the minute you walk in. My coffee was prepared with care and the bacon, egg and cheese roll was made exactly as I like it (read: CRISPY bacon). At $17 for a takeaway B&E roll and coffee I think their prices need some rethinking...that's Sydney CBD dine-in pricing.

Ordered the chicken and bacon salad. Plate was topped with a heap of juicy chicken and crispy bacon strips and was delicious. The guys here were really friendly and very quick with getting the food on the table. There's a few tables inside but would recommend heading to the back where there's a nice spot of outdoor benches set up under the sun.
