One of the best coffee shops.The coffee here came with two free hot and tasty Donuts. Loved it.

Very disappointed as I've been getting coffee from there for years and twice now my coffee was like milk. Medium coffee needs a double shot not a single! The last owners were fantastic and I hope the new owners teach their staff how to make coffee or they are going to loose a lot of customers!

2nd time flat white coffee is so weak it just tastes like milky tea.Please train your staff to make better coffee or at least put in a double shot.Cinnamon doughnuts were tasty at least.

Have come here on a few occasions it’s really hit and miss with customer service the older lady’s are lovely but the young girls are rude walking away before you can even finish your sentence and ask for sugar ect in your coffee. Something that the owners should take to discussion with their team.

Been buying from your shop for over 7 yrs , today 1/7/22 you have lost me , Firstly i asked for a large milkshake with extra ice-cream in which the young lady just put a small amout in as the machine was blowing more air then ice cream ,apon this i stated that i asked for extra icecream. And the girl replied (you want a thick shake ) which i replied no" i would like a milkshake with a little extra ice cream. She told me not to get attitude with her. In all my 7yrs buying from fantasy donuts ive never had an issue asking for extra icecream in my milkshake
