Bamganie Pets Cremation Service

I have had two friends use this service and each time they have used Bamganie, Bamganie has missed or forgotten things that can not be replaced once the pets have been cremated and they were understandingly distraught. Go to Eden Hills, they are much more professional after all the hassle with this company save yourself the trouble! Also, If you are planning to go into the crematorium to drop your baby off you will see everything looks ran down, old with boxes in the main office! That was not the type of environment we wanted to leave her in, we couldn’t be more disappointed.

After a devastating experience with the former company which l was not happy with at all some good came out of my pet Kenny. I received Kenny’s ashes l praise the delivery driver Trent on how genuine he was he is truly an asset to your company. As for Kenny’s ashes they come in a beautiful container with paw prints also some seedlings l can plant on behalf of Kenny most of all l turned to tears when l opened a lovely card with Kenny s death certificate most of l fell apart with kens paw print . I can only say from the bottom of my heart a big thank you to all staff who treated my Ken with dignity once again thank you . Helen

Thank you Bamganie for making Casper's return home a complete and wonderful experience. the Urn/paw print/lock of hair was meticulously prepared and packaged. It was hand delivered with care and i was updated on the process through out the experience. I can not express how happy we are with your product/service. Also shout out to 'Goodbye Good Boy' for organizing everything and getting us in touch with Bamganie.

To Kim, Trish and all the staff at Bamganie.Thank you so much with helping my family choose the right arrangements for our boy Winston. From a pup to an old man. You all handle him with the respect and care at the end we all needed. I myself cannot thank you enough.

We just received delivery of our beautiful GSD Dianna this morning.....and of course we all cried. Everything was done to perfection and with dignity and whilst sad of course, we are happy she's home with us again. Well done Bamganie. I hope I don't have to use your services again for many years, but when I do, we will definitely call you. I recommend them to anyone who wants their pets treated with love and dignity. Michel

We payed for a product and as we were still in front of vets grieving. The vet came out and said all our dog won't fit in what we brought and we would have to pay extra to get all of our dog back in a scatter bag. More info needed in your pamphlet. Not happy.

Dear Bamganie Team, thank you so very much for the wonderful service you provided for our darling 15 1/2 year old Lottie. The urn we chose is just perfect for her, very pretty and dainty. And the snapdragon seeds you included in the lovely bag will be scattered alongside the path which Lottie created in the new flower garden, she had dementia and created the path during her wandering, its now 'Lotties Way' and is lit with solar lights. Her ashes will be scattered along the path. The lovely staff at the Croydon Pet Hospital were also so wonderful. We have been treated with respect, thoughtfulness and kindness throughout this very difficult time by all concerned. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. Chrissy and Alan xx

I would leave no stars if I could. My poor baby arrived in something that looks purchased from a $2 shop, her ashes came home in a bread bag sealed with sticky tape, the quantity of ashes is almost triple the amount of my other dog who was very close in size, there was no certificate of cremation/tracking method (I’m not confident I have my baby’s ashes), there was no paw print given which I was promised and now won’t have the opportunity to do it myself, and they did not have the decency or care to spell my baby’s name right! I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO LOVES THEIR PETS TO AVOID TRUSTING THIS COMPANY!!! I highly recommend going to Edenhills. I am so upset. This is not how you treat someone’s beloved pet, they are family. You’ve made my time of grief that much worse. Shame on you.
