Would be great if you advertised the spare pets being closed on weekends. Also would be great if sore parts are open weekends, because that’s when people do things to their vans. Poor form

Staff are very helpful and real nice !They helped us with an issue with our aircon remote, instead of us paying hundreds of dollars to replace it, they were able to fix it on the cheap.They also stock a huge range of accessories !

Great service and communication, bought a new van and was kept informed every step along the wayHandover and features of the van was excellent and sales and reception staff were very friendly and professional.

I called this morning about my dropdown bed problem and was most fortunate to speak with Sarah.Firstly she listened to me - wouldn’t it be fantastic if everyone just listened!!Sarah then made suggestions educating me of the possible reasons the bed was not functioning.I want to commend Sarah in her professionalism, knowledge, sense of humour and patience - all the attributes one needs to be in Customer Service. Called Jayco Geelong requesting help as we were in quite some trouble with our rv giving us electric shock through the frame. Was in formed by the girl at the service department that she would enquire with technicians and get back to me ASAP. I Waited a full hour and called back only to be told she hadn't had time to do it. Mean while we were stranded and unable to use our vehicle due to this DANGEROUS situation. I was then informed she will get back to me shortly.I NEVER HEARD FROM JAYCO AGAIN AT ALL.The treatment I recieved was nothing short of disgusting and a total lack of customer care. BE WARNED Do not expect that Jayco Geelong will or have your interest at heart. Nor do they give support to their customers.
