This gym has truly changed my life for the better; be it the incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating Coach Suasday or the friends I have made training here over the past year.Only con is no oil-checking is allowed during rolls.

Chau Kaizen is an excellent gym that is home to professional, passionate and highly skilled coaches who provide an encouraging and inviting space for all members. The class curriculums and timetable are often updated based on member preferences. This keeps the classes interesting and means you're always learning something new.The gym owner regularly purchases new high quality equipment and takes great pride in the condition of the gym, particularly throughout the pandemic where all COVID-19 cleaning protocols have been strictly followed.I have been a member of Chau Kaizen for almost 3 years and can't recommend it highly enough.

A great club culture with experienced instructors. The head instructor and owner has done a great job in establishing the foundation built on respect and integrity. You can feel this from the moment you walk in. The club vibe inspires confidence, particularly when you are enrolling your kids, it provides peace of mind. Would highly recommend!

The gym and all of the beautiful souls that contribute to it, create a welcoming and encouraging environment.I recieve so many positive interactions, whether it be Ant at the desk always greeting me with a smile and a chat or the support I receive from other members, helping me develop my skills.Shaun has also been such a patient and encouraging teacher. Happily repeating instructions (as many times as I’ve needed them) and adjusting class for me so that I can participate fully.The encouragement and family environment the gym fosters, can make a world of difference to people’s personal journeys.

Incredible facilities and great pricing! I joined Chau Kaizen over a month ago, and from day one felt so welcomed. Everyone is so polite and professional. The sensei’s and coaches are world class in their knowledge of martial arts. It is a great family and martial arts club to be a part of.

I’ve always been absolutely clueless when it comes to physical health and fitness, on top of being incredibly self conscious and socially inept. Exercise was something I put off for a long time out of fear of not knowing where or how to start.Chau Kaizen has been such an incredibly friendly, welcoming environment. Excellent facilities, the coaches and members are all so welcoming and put you at ease to push outside your comfort zone and not only try new things, but also give you the tools and advice to make progress in your fitness goals.I’m so grateful, and cannot believe the immense changes I’ve noticed in my mindset and physical health since I’ve joined!
