The service trio provides is very professional and prompt, have never waited for them, jobs big or small trio is who I'd recommend to anyone

My Husband and I were caught on the side of the Bruce Highway with a faulty fuel pump and Gagan saw us from the other side of the highway. He turned around and came back to check if we were okay. He offered to tow us either home or to a safer location to work on the car. We managed to get the car going and limp home but Gagan made sure we had his mobile number in case we got 10 minutes down the road and broke down again. Even though we did not end up getting a tow, I would highly recommend Trio - in a world when people rarely stop to help out (we had 3 other towing trucks pass us by without stopping!!) it was refreshing to see someone not only stop but made sure we were okay getting home. Thank you!

Very helpful team, they go out of their way to make sure you're looked after and don't skip over anything and I couldn't be happier with that. Have used them a few times and will be using again ✅️

We had our car towed and diagnosed by Trio and to say our experience was disappointing would even be lying.First off they are adamant that it is our battery that is the problem- we try and try to explain that this is not the issue and that it is something else. They insist it is the battery. We ask them if they have tried to start the car. Alas- they had not. After a bit of back and fro between us and them. The car is kind of going. However our experience had us quite spooked so we grabbed the car and high tailed it back home so that we could get the car into a trusted and reliable mechanic in our home town.$400 odd later and our car is not fixed. We paid for a new battery and fuse that we did not need and the car is still not fixed. Oh and not toMention that they didn’t even bolt the new battery in with the hold down clamp. It was just left sitting there in the engine bay.Just a head shakingly disappointing experience all round.

Gotta thanks Aaron for the fast response and great help. He's very friendly and helpful. Coming all way long from Gympie to Rainbow Beach within an hour and help dropping us to where we stay. Much appreciated, there's no transport at all in Rainbow Beach at this hour. (Night)

John and his staff are Absolutely Wonderful and they go out of their way to help other people I would recommend trio towing to anyone. They helped us out of a really bad situation. If I could give them 100 stars I would.... Thankyou john for all your help
