Male and kids section is well ordered but the women's section was a little disorderly.... Well they had a sale so that could be the reason. Bring your own shopping bag. A bag cost me 20 cents.

Online customer service was pretty bad but I went in store and was served by the manager Nene and she was absolutely amazing with arranging a faulty exchange! So thankful for Nene’s help

I went to the Chatswood store a few days ago and was served by Shreya Shrestha who was extremely helpful in assisting me with a return and purchase. She made the process smooth and easy and is an asset to the store.

I usually go to Zara for shopping, and most of the time there is no issue. But today i had an unpleasant experience at Zara Chatswood due to rude staff in trial room. And this is not first time for the Chatswood store. Lack of professionalism and indifference towards customers left me feeling undervalued. Disappointing service and minimal assistance provided. Improvement in staff training needed for better customer experiences.

I always go to this store and no problem. Someone pretty rude at the cashier today. Please don't work in retail if you can even deliver good manners and be friendly. I understand the policy but I don't need you to be rude.

Quite a bad experience here.. My friend and I were shopping and one of us try on the clothes to show the other before buying the item but the staff told us off in a rude way, saying that only one person is allowed in the fitting room even though there is no waiting seat outside and there is no mentioning of this in their policy. There is also a seat built inside the fitting room itself!Instead of pointing where this “policy” is mentioned when asked, the staff simply walked away saying it’s “it’s our policy”. To me, it seems more like discrimination.

Went to shop on 2nd Oct and the staff 'boran' really helpful and really friendly, I wish I could give more than 5 stars for her because she didn't hesitate to help us and answer all of our questions. She went out of her way to assist us and I think she displays outstanding customer service.
