Friendly staff but photo printing machine needs maintenance or upgrade. Online upload works but not mobile friendly. Reccomend to do at desktop/laptop prior to in store pickup.

Be aware of these two guys. They where unusually helpful, very knowledgeable and with a great attitude. I got a great HP 2 in 1 for a very discounted price. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still very happy.

Friendly staff as always. But this store always intentionally understaffed their print and copy section. I've never walked in without there being a slow queue. Always one poor overworked staff member helping everyone and monitoring all printers.If you need printing then go somewhere else until management properly staff this area.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to print photos at the printing section. What a waste of time. Fujifilm photo printers did not have the option to select a particular folder in our device, that has already been created exclusively for the print. Seems like the device is outdated. Could never connect to the wireless feature of the machine. If we have 20,000 photos in our phone for example, we have to wait for the kiosk to copy ALL 20k images before we can proceed to the next step! Ridiculous.After selecting *just* 30 photos, the (another) copying part takes forever! We literally stayed at the kiosk for almost 50 minutes, and ended up walking out empty-handed since it won't let us print. Had to leave because we were so annoyed, and the store was closing soon at 9.00p.m. Other customers waiting to be served at the printing desk were also seen in long, unmoving queues. We could not ask for help with the kiosk as the store seemed super understaffed. Kudos to the 2 staff behind the counter, I'm sure you guys are trying your best to serve other customers. Seriously, the machines need to be replaced, and management should do something about it real soon.Complete mood-killer, it was. Might not come back, especially for printing.

One of the guys at the register was a legend, bought a calculator from here expecting it to be around $40 but the dude at the register price matched it with another store, not even Officeworks, and got me a $20 something discount. Incredible.Reminded me that there is still hope for humanity and that it takes nothing to be a kind person. I didn't get his name but really awesome service, truly the embodiment of what it means to be someone who is happy to be helpful, and I think we can all learn something from his actions. Thank you brother.

Ashleigh was awesome. My wife was trying to print some flyers and the design was difficult but ashleigh was patient and helped her het the job done. Glad she was there as we would never figure it out ourselves

Printing staff member responsible for printing and laminating my things was quite rude. He seemed arrogant and angry and the laminated sheets weren’t even done properly as they have bubbles.

Did a click and collect saying that I can pick it up in 2 hours. Made my way to the store and received a messaged saying that it’s delayed. Apparently store didn’t have it in store but it definitely said stock available and not low stock online.
