DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER! Bought a fridge in “great condition” that ended up being completely battered with HUGE dints all over the front. Do not buy from Best Buy unless you want to be completely ripped off. Extremely dissapointed.

Today was an emergency purchase of a fridge! Bought a few things here before, small but decent range of products, all in my price bracket! Their TV's are damn cheap too! Anyways, excellent service, arranged delivery and highly recommended for mid range products away from the majors. Love this place!!

The best deals for a TV exist here. Although the TV's are factory second. The quality they offer is top notch.I bought a 2021 65 inch Falconn 4K Smart TV for $399! Yes, 399 only!The same product costs anywhere above 1K in a superstore. But, yeah nah, its cheaper and the same quality here.Guide tip: The TV i bought works like a charm on the play station, with high refresh rate. Loved it!I'd recommend you to give these guys a go! you won't be disappointed. Moreover, the price you's save on getting the TV could actually fund your next trip to Bali!

This place is terrible. If I could give no stars I would. I called the shop, asked them if they had a particular TV in stock, told me they did then I drove all the way there and they didn’t have any in stock and asked who I must have spoken to. They guy was terribly confused about what they actually had. Tried to sell me another TV twice the price (for a refurbished!). Wasn’t apologetic about the mixup. Take your business elsewhere for a TV, they’re cheaper than this store brand new anyway.

Do not buy anything from these con artists, full of fake reviews!! before purchasing I made sure to check the reviews, seeing as there was only a few negative and multiple positives, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.. oh boy how I was wrong!I purchased a tv off them took it home to use and not even 30 minutes later was it broken, worked for a whole 20 minutes and the screen just randomly decided to pop and pixelate. Upon inspection I noticed the tv had missing screws and the back wasLoose. More than likely caused the lcd to fail. I then contacted Best Buy to be told I have to wait 2 days until the tech guys come in, mind you this is a “new factory refurbished”Hisense, “with 1 year replacement warranty”gave them the benefit of the doubt once again and upon return I was greeted by an arrogant “tech” that claimed they do not cover screens (mind you the screen has no marks nor physically cracked/damaged” after arguing for an hour with the owner about warranty and them not honouring it I gave up and lodged a claim with my bank/consumer affairs. DO not trust and buy off them, if you’re in two minds and checking reviews make sure this review resonates with you, I’m the most optimistic person when it comes to reviews and give everyone a fair go, but this place takes the cake for the worst purchasing experience I’ve come across by far. They will not honour any warranty if something goes wrong.

Don’t buy anything from every one. Only sell the sales items that u can’t get refund, bad service
