I would say Sushi Hub is one of the best fast food franchise for sushi! Love the Prawn Katsu Avocado roll and their tamagoyaki!

Thought it a bit odd that my order went through 2 sets of hands before I got it...Sushi rolls were fresh, a good size and contained enough filling... I had 2 Sushi rolls a Teriyaki Chicken and a Prawn and Avo...$3.80 and $4.30, some others were $4.80...

Love sushi hub ! They do the absolute best Teriyaki Tofu ! The sushi hub at brookside made it fresh for me as they had run out, appreciated that and the staff were super lovely :)

Went at 1pm on a Sunday for lunch. First experience and won't be going back. There is no way to order apart from trying to flag down a staff member, alone that took 15 minutes. We sat at the train which had 6 plates rotating. When what we ordered arrived it didn't have a great taste. We only ate 5 plates between us, we normally eat much more. Sushi is my families favorite.This is not meant to be a brutal review. This place could improve. I suggest an ordering system like QR codes. Set up a process so the train isn't running bare. Food quality should also be a topic of conversation.

My wife and I ate lunch here. We ordered different kinds of sushi, nigiri, and a bowl of seafood udon soup. The scallop and the raw salmon nigiri were incredibly good. The others were slightly less nice. Considering how reasonably priced they are, they are of very good quality. I've also eaten from The Sushi Man and the one located inside the Woolworths (both in the same shopping centre), but Sushi Hub beats both of them hands down. The waiter and the chef were friendly.

I had bought a selection of sushi from sushi hub Brookside and it was fine and the prices comparable to my regular sushi man at the opposite end of the mall, but the day I was in the Gents toilet and saw one of the chef's in there, with a tray of food stuffs FOR the restaurant AND he left without washing his hands only to go straight back in to the kitchen and keep preparing......I almost gagged!!! NEVER again will I even contemplate ordering from them again. Disgusting.

This sushi place is my favourite place to eat for sushi so far; I love the fresh ingredients and I love scallops, so I'm delighted to get fresh scallops each time I'm there. I haven't yet dined in, but I get plenty of food to take away and have used their platters to serve my gaming groups. Thumbs up!

The best sushi I have ever had! They are huge! Twice the size than any other sushi retailer sells! So fresh & delicious too! The exact same prices that everywhere else charges! This makes the Sushi Hub very affordable & value for money! I highly recommend that you experience this excellent service! You get a nifty plastic carry bag when you buy take away! I love their prawn & avocado & the lobster sushi plus the mayonnaise!!! Plus the tempura prawn!!!
