Study at home school

I would give 0 stars if I could. They take your money at the beginning of each term. If your child is sick you STILL have to pay. Yet the repeatedly rescheduled my daughters lessons because they didn’t have tutor availability due to Covid- which was fine but it’s one rule for them and another for the consumer. On 5th November last year I asked for all EXCESS funds not used to be returned to me $350+ which I am STILL fighting to receive. Numerous emails and phone calls- when you can actually speak to someone that is! Most times I end up speaking to a representative on a phone messaging service who are useless! Accounts are only open 1 day per week so getting any response takes over a week!!! will be approaching Australian Consumer Protection for further advice given I requested all my money back on 5/11/2022, it is now 12/02/2023 and they are STILL withholding funds and deducting funds for classes this year that I did not agree to. I advised them on 23/01/2023 we wouldn’t be continuing and they still 2 took money from our account for classes 2 & 3 weeks later. DO NOT USE THE LEARNING POD!!FYI- As per Western Australian Commerce Law note the information below:A contract for services is cancelled when you tell the supplier that you intend to cancel it - verbally, in writing or, if this is not possible, by any other means.You can cancel a contract for services at any time. Cancelling a contract for services gives you the right to a refund.

I have had lessons at 10/10 Tutoring for six months and I haven't regretted it one bit. The tutors are very polite, and listen to everything you have to say. They have helped me through various subjects, whether that is working on an assignment or preparing for exams. I am very happy with their on-going support. They have assisted in developing many aspects of my school work from writing analytical essays to solving difficult maths equations. I also love that they provide assistance to a wide range of ages. I am just about to graduate, and they have always provided me with the support that I needed, no matter the difficulty.Thank you, keep up with the great support!
