Thoroughly professional and enjoyable ! AND great results - highly recommended

Since being at Pilates Pad from the beginning I have never been so fit and toned. Every session is a great overall body workout targeting core strength, balance and mobility which is so important with being in my mid 50’s. The instructors are always teaching us the correct technique for every exercise to get the best results and remain injury free. Davina, Julian and Dani are so genuine and really care about my progress. I always look forward to going to my sessions throughout the week and it is now a lifestyle that I can continue throughout my life. I’m so thankful I have found The Pilates Pad!

Marie is an incredible woman that I am so grateful to have met. I only recently moved to the area and was looking for spiritual/ holistic healing. I attended one of the women's circles she hosts and was absolutely blown away by how amazing she was at holding space and making all the women in attendance feel comfortable, safe, seen and heard. After this I went to see her for a reiki treatment/ body wrapping. From the moment I entered her treatment room I felt relaxed. The ambience and set up of the room is beautiful and a big thing I pay attention to. She offered me great advice and tips throughout the session along with beautiful background music. I was completely zenned out by the end of the session and could feel the healing effects almost immediately. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and grateful. I would highly recommend Bon'doula Healings to anyone looking for a safe place to experience high quality treatments that tend to the physical, emotional and spiritual body. I've been coming here to see Merryn for a very long time. After needing some ongoing treatment for my back she not only progressively works with you and your body and your needs she is so intuitive to what's going on. She digs deeper and really helps your body heal.I've been seeing her for almost 8 years on and off for vario8s aliments and I've never had any other therapist do what she does. I highly recommend this place.

My consultant Lauren has made the whole experience from intial consultation to first treatment a smooth and easy process.Lauren is knowledgeable, considerate and compassionate towards her clients and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with on the journey I'm undertaking.The clinic is clean, inviting and relaxing. The first treatment went really well and I'm looking forward to seeing the improvements I desire from my treatment come to fruition in the coming months.

The massage and float experience were 10/10 on their own. But the people, Tim, Lynne and Sam were beautiful people - and for that I'd give them a higher score if I could!If you're looking to treat yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend right here.

Absolutely love eating at this place. The food, coffees and smoothies is amazing. The parfaits are my favourite item. The service is always lovely and the ladies are beautiful and make you feel welcome. Recommend this place to eat and chat.
