This childcare is brilliant, Mariam and her team is really enjoying their work, and all the kids feeling safe and loved in their hands. Not only kids are always doing different activities, but they also learn so much new things thoughtout a day that I can see my daughter getting more confidence in herself and exploring world around her.Also, this child care just opened their doors just couple of months ago and have lots of brand new toys and equipment, it's really clean and well maintained during the day! Really happy that my child is in the best possible hands!I Would definitely recommend this child care to all the parents who is still thinking and choosing, just go their for the orientation tour and you will see it all by your own eyes!

We started sending my older child to Explore and Develop, North Ryde, since we moved into the area a few years ago. Having been exposed to another centre (a large centre) when we lived in another suburb, we can truly say how pleased we’ve been with Libby and the team at Explore and Develop. When you are shopping around for a daycare centre, you don’t yet realise how important centre management and communication is over the course of your relationship with the centre. This is one of the areas in which they excel.The educators are well-trained and have a genuine care for the children. My younger child has been with the centre since they were 10 months old, and it’s been such a joy to see both children form great bonds with the same educators over the years.I just received a call from one of the educators this morning, and she very insightfully told be her observations about my child and the development areas they had identified. She was spot on, and I felt extremely assured that my child is in great hands. It’s not like I had any reason for concern. At drop off, my child skips off into the centre without even turning around to give us a second look.

My daughter attended Montessori by the bay for two years before she started Kindy this year. My child had a great time in the loving, nurturing environment of MBB and with experienced educators. It was truly a home away from home for her, where she was taken care of very well when we were working and learned many things including writing and reading. Educators made the transition to kindy very easy for us.Communicating with teachers was never a hassle. I would like to thank MBB for making this journey easy and joyful.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this centre, it’s management and the staff.I was always so nervous about putting my children into care, from the very beginning the environment of this centre felt like a second home, our children were welcomed into a safe, secure, fun and vibrant atmosphere.Our children were treated with compassion and care and the staff truly went above and beyond in building relationships with its kids and making them feel seen and understood.One of our sons had a speech delay and the staff worked tirelessly with his speech therapist to help him progress and overcome.They made a huge impact on our children’s development and I would recommend them every time!

This beautiful little kindy is an oasis of sorts. It’s tucked in behind the library and from the outside doesn’t appear to be much. On the inside however it’s a child’s wonderland. The staff are truly wonderful and caring, very interested in the children they look after. There is always a waiting list too, so be sure to get in early. Parking too is a challenge as the Council have made moves in the last 6 months to increase the difficulty for parents to park and the likelihood of getting fined.

Good educators, but terrible administrators.It's been 1.5 months since we stopped care at this centre, and are yet to get the bond amount ($300) refunded. Excuse number 1 - Sorry, we forgot to submit your refund request with our group office. Excuse number 2 - Staff were on leave during the Christmas holidays. Have heard nothing but silly excuses from the careless administrators. Imagine what would have happened if I hadn't paid the care fee even for a week - they would refuse to let my kid attend their centre.No option but to complain with the department of education and training, and then with ACEQA

My daughter was with April at another Kidi kingdom from 4months to 2 years old. We unfortunately had to move her to another daycare to be closer to home and work. Despite her being at the new daycare for nearly two years she was still very upset going there every single day.I was relieved to hear April would be managing the new Kidi kingdom in Pimpama and we moved there as soon as it opened. We have not had one bad or upset day since being back with Kidi kingdom. My daughter will happily go to any one of the team members with no tears and is always so happy whilst being there!It really goes to show the great environment and comfortability April creates for the children and her team.
