The Shed House did an excellent job in the design and build of an art studio. All team members were professional, friendly and helpful. Communication was good throughout the project, the online portal was very helpful for documents, selections etc, and the site was regularly kept clean and tidy. I'm very happy with the final outcome and would recommend TSH.

Edit: Found cheaper ! Still a good place but Total Steel flog them on price.Great place to go for any type of metal project.The other metal shops like Midalia make you buy whole lengths even if you only want a meter or 2.They also have a large range AND let you walk in and look at the racks to get the sizes you want. (Steel caps and ear plugs recommended)Been going to this mob for many years now and can't rate them highly enough.

What a horrible experience!I paid the deposit for my shed in May ‘17 but as I used the ShedsNHomes recommended concretor I had to fit in with his timetable.After a long wait the pour began in August but the formwork collapsed. A second pour was needed and happened a couple of weeks later.The concrete was full of bubble holes in the vertical surfaces and fine cracks on part of the slab plus a major crack around a pier. Some formed lines were not straight.Eventually in November the shed construction began but with a subcontractor not ShedsNHomes own team. I was told by David Nelson of ShedsNHomes Gosford that it would take three days to put up, the subcontractor said it would take ten days. After a week I received a progress payment invoice for 60% of the construct but only 20% of the shed was complete. When I said it wasn’t time for such a part payment I was accused of not being able to afford to pay by David Nelson. The sub contractor was off doing carports etc while David Nelson thought the shed was progressing well. After another two weeks the contractor left officially and David said he’d get his team to finish the shed off. By this time I had part paid for more than half the erecting of the shed. At the sixth week the team came in for a day and got the shed 95% complete, a few days later in late November they got it to lock up stage, they noted that one roller door had many dents in it that was caused by the subcontractors team rolling the door on the gravel drive.On the handover inspection I noted a line of fixing screws missing on a wall, another line missing from a roof section and bolts missing from three pillars, plus some cosmetic items and the dented door had a decent gap under it when closed. Sheds N Homes decided that my unpaid final payment was less than the cost of the fixes so said that we were even.I have come back to this review as I heard that the ownership had changed and I was ready to delete my review but it seems things don’t change so much. I am amazed how the response from the new owners to my review is so misleading. I used their recommended Concretor - the only other option was to use my own Concretor. They seemed to have no communication with their recommended concretor - who put the steps in where the central pillar was to go. The extra items were for things like the beam to fix the stair/pillar problem and rodent sealing which were all paid for.

We recently had to complete custom balustrading for our outdoor alfresco and retaining wall. Amit was very responsive and provided a measure and quote in 2 days. The quality of the workmanship is absolutely amazing and the builders were a pleasure to deal with. I recommend these guys 100%, and very reasonable in terms of price.
