Dr Phoebe Jones has change my skin and the way I feel. She has given me guidance and a skin maintenance plan to continue my youthful look. She has been my cosmetic doctor for the last 7 years. Her advice to use Profhilo, Botox and Fraxel lasers plus to be mindful of the sun. This has change my skin quality and my appearance which gives me confidence that contributes to a positive mindset. I highly recommend anyone to go and see her for a consultation.

I’m complete heart broken by my experience at this centre. I’ve suffered an injury and have chronic pain. Dr Mahhamad Usman has been so unhelpful and even to the point of not believe me.If you have a work cover issue please do not come to this clinic and see him! There is no patient and doctor alliance or support. The most hurtful thing is when you’re already in a lot of physical pain and you get accused of begin made to be a liar! I’ve needed the upmost support during this time and his assistance has made it even worse for me physically but very much so mentally. I shouldn’t be made to be a liar when getting out of bed is a task due to my pain as is, based on the X-ray begin normal. Please please do yourself a favour and do not see him if you’re experiencing pain, he will manage it on his terms not on what you telling him.

Been going here for 18 years. Helpful reception and the Ting's are fantastic practitioners. Went here for all four of my pregnancies and my children have attended since birth.They were very helpful in detecting my child's autism (pre-diagnosis). The child nurse is also attentive and friendly.

I had just called the clinic to book an appointment. The guy that picked up my phone call took down my details then decided to hang up on me when he offered me an appointment next Monday which I rejected and suggested a time on Wednesday. I am so confused but that was rude and he sounded uninterested. Unnecessary.

Excellent podiatrist service here at Sumner Hill. Very kind and professional staff. My appointment is always on time which is a big plus for me as I dislike waiting.

Love Pakeham Oesto. Been seeing a couple if different oestos but Darren since I was pregnant with my second child and always leave the appointments feeling better. With a desk job and stress carried in my neck/shoulders can't live without regular trips to the oesto! Hayley at the front desk always has a knack for knowing who's walking through the door too.

During my visit to Day Surgery this week,I received excellent care by all the medical staff.The nurses were admirable in there professionalism & friendly personal care.I cannot speak highly enough of my experience there.

The staff are very friendly. Dr Singh gives the best advice and thoroughly investigates all possible issues with very detailed explanations. He's an attentive listener and has been my family doctor for years.

Thoughtful receptionists, amazing doctors whom give you the time you need which can result in waiting times being a bit long but that is the price of a caring practice

Friendly customer service by the team on the front desk / phone who went out of their way to help. Was able to get an appointment that day. Didn't have to wait long to get in. Will visit again.
