Working with Leigh and his team has been a delight. The sales process was highly engaging and consultative. They talked over the challenges with renovations so we were totally aware of the process and disruptions to normal life that can entail. The design process was great with 3d visuals etc to ensure we made the right choices. Once they got going, Leigh and his team of tradies were great, they rebuilt a majority of our 50sq house and it was like a well orchestrated symphony, progressing through one specialist after another. Can't thank Leigh enough for the care and professionalism he showed throughout the project.

Jo’s business offers top quality workmanship at an excellent price. Jo completed a deck remodel for us and designed it exactly to our specifications. An added bonus was the provision of visual plans to show us what it would look like when complete. Jo is also an excellent communicator - always letting you know arrival times / schedule in advance, so helpful when you have a busy life! Cannot recommend the professionalism of this company enough!

My father and I went with Shine Constructions for a knockdown/Duplex construction. Joe and Nabil were fantastic from start to end.They were not only very flexible and accomodating to our requests but communication was great throughout and the price of the build was very reasonable.The quality of their work in the finer details really shows and there was never a time that I felt we were being over-charged for anything. The new home is absolutely beautiful and we are thoroughly enjoying it.I will definitely be recommending Shine to any of my friends that undertake home construction projects in the future.

He is an honest family man who catered to our budget to ensure my dream kitchen became reality.

We were extremely happy with Slade, he was unobtrusive in the home, prompt, efficient, with attention to EVERY detail.

We utilised the services of Mount Martha Design and Drafting for our extension. Kirah was very responsive to our needs and offered friendly service throughout the project. The only negative was that Kirah recommended James Burr from JDB constructions as a builder. The quality of the building services was substandard and resulted in the contract being terminated. To Kirah's credit she did apologise for recommending JDB Constructions.

brand new house in swan view looking for kitchen bathrooms flooring . we found these guys in Landsdale next to burnings that had it all ,supply and installed in time for Christmas . 7mm hybrid spotted gum flooring with 92 mm skirting ,just totally finished our new dream home . thank Kim
