I had an incredible massage with Pip and highly recommend her. I arrived feeling exhausted and in need of some nervous system soothing. She absolutely nailed the brief, helping me to de-stress and relax. The conversation at the start was direct and quick, meaning that the majority of the time was spent receiving a deep healing that involved a full body treatment with hot stone massage. She gave a lot of attention to my face, neck and head which I appreciate as it worked wonders to help me let go of stress.Pip is professional, warm and highly skilled. 5 stars!

Dr Tripp is wonderful, you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients which is such a special thing to find. Also easy to book, great facilities, calm atmosphere (which is rare for a doctors clinic). Highly recommend!

The team here are amazing and Anna has been extremely helpful with my rehabilitation process through multiple surgical procedures and very patient through the time I have been going to them. Tina is amazing masseuse to help with the recovery process and help you relax and get sleep highly recommended well & good.

Andy is a highly skilled, knowledgeable & intersectional therapist & supervisor. I have deeply appreciated and benefited from Andy’s advocacy, knowledge & support, particularly in the areas of clinical governance & professional self care. I would confidently recommend and refer anyone LGBTIQ+ or allies to Andy.

Great receptionist with kind & professional psychologists!

A clinic for wealthy people only. They don't care that you don't have $90 to fork out for an initial consultation. The $20 price tag they advertise for low income people is a lie and is only after you do all the medicare work yourself. You need to have the ridiculously high amount of money to begin with. They clearly don't know or care what 'low income' actually means.

All of the staff at Advance Health Care are friendly and compassionate while maintaining a very professional level of customer service and care. The pain management program is amazing, it has improved my quality of life so much and I have learnt that I can live a (mostly) normal life despite the pain. A special shout out must go to Physiotherapist Campbell Hogan, as he is brilliant, understanding, motivational and flexible with the entire program. Thanks so much to the team, I would highly recommended this program to anyone needs it.

Attended 4 sessions which always had technical issues with video chat, large portion of sessions were spent trying to connect to the service or being asked to book more appointments. Was told after 4 sessions that the psychologist was “not equipped” to help me and abandoned me in the middle of a crisis. I am autistic with dying family members and was talked down to like I was a child. I was very surprised given the company masquerades as progressive yet acts ableist. 0 stars if I could, literally made my mental health worse and I paid money for that, what a joke.
