All good！ I am a student study aboard, when I first enter in the apartment, it was very clean and all the equipment is good working like the other air conditioner and oven. Terrible service from Raine & Horne Commercial Wembley branch. Had to contact them three times to arrange an inspection of a property because no-one bothered to call back the first two times, then one delay after another throughout the leasing process with us having to press them to take action at every stage. We have now leased through them because we liked the property and the property manager is proving just as bad. No proactive contact from them, no information provided, our business is now without power for two days due to their mistake, and their attitude is nothing to do with us". Both the leasing agent and the property manager have been lazy and about as much use as a glass cricket bat. Avoid at all costs. All this can be substantiated if anyone wants to PM me."

I have been a tenant at a property managed by Real Alliance Real Estate for over a year now. Nandana & Chanaka have been extremely helpful and supportive at every step of the way, from the selection process to continuing to settle any problems and queries that we have had within this time with great swiftness. The Real Alliance team is very friendly and pleasant to work with therefore I highly recommend them to everyone. I have dealt with Ross Scarfone Real Estate in excess of 25 years, although I had met Ross in the early 80's. He came across as extremely knowledgeable and empathetic then, so when it was time to use the services of a commercial agent, this was our man. We have used Scarfone Real Estate for all our commercial purchases, sales and leasing both as tenant and landlord. Paul took over as Property Manager some years ago and is from the same mould as his father. Now that Ross has retired Paul is principal and we still enjoy the same professional service as always. Key Residential were our property managers for over 2 years before the owner sold the house. I can only say these are one of the BEST property Managers in town. Geoff the owner is one awesome down to Earth dude and this goes to all the property managers and office staff. However,our amazing property manager Alison tops the list as she always went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. She always looked after both the tenants (us) and the owner's best interest. These guys promptly responded to emails and any house issues were dealt with almost immediately. They are respectful and approachable. I honestly can't fault them in any way. They are super understanding when circumstances change and super accommodating. When we have an investment property in the future, I will definitely approach them first. I highly recommend them to any prospective tenants and any owners .
