Due to COVID-19 wearing masks is mandatory from the department of NSW health Gov as of today. Hope the situation get better soon and everyone is safe.Officeworks required customers to check-in mobile app before entrance and also they checked if customers are wearing masks - Good job!There were a lot of people buying stationaries for their children attending school prior to finishing a term 4 school holiday of 2020.Some stationaries already ran out of and shelves were almost empty although staffs seemed to be very busy at doing their best at restocking products.One of staffs was very helpful to find me a necessary stationary and his knowledge was pretty deep and informative to help me to make a quick decision as well. Most of staffs were profession and kids friendly - thank you very much!!Definitely recommended

I bought an ex display king bed frame from Interior Secrets and upon assembling realized that the dimensions on the website do not match the description due to which my mattress, sheet and quilt keeps moving or coming off.I immediately contacted Interior Secrets, and was advised that they could not exchange or refund or compensate anything as it is an ex display product. The attitude from day 1 was to neglect my request even to repair or suggest any alternatives.Being misled by a store is not a nice feeling and their customer service support is unapologetic and won't be helpful at all. This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them and will not be shopping from Interior Secrets ever again.

Absolutely love my desk. Fair price and the most friendly and helpful guy iv ever dealt with. Offered to step by step guide me through setting it all up if i needed it and followed up on how i was going once it was all sorted. Cant recommend them enough.

I really appreciate good customer service! I notice both good and bad customer service. Today I didn’t feel like I got either good or bad service or even acknowledged until I interrupted the small talk about so and so taking a break between two team members. There were 3 of us waiting to be served. Walk in, shop is quiet, no eye contact made with team behind counter, not even a, “Hello, won’t be too long,” and finish up what you’re doing. A welcoming environment is important! I work in a customer service role and I can understand both sides of this situation.

Very disappointed for buying a Brand new sofa full price with strong formaldehyde smell.We have been requested after one week to ask for exchange or refund.This premium" brand arrange the furniture detective wearing short to smell with his nose after more than one month and only stay for 2 minutes and said he didn't smell anything and left.No follow up and we have to request via the website and wait for someone reply.Can't believe this is freedom.I have bought a lot of freedom furnitures for years and all very good until this time. After another month waiting

My daughter bought my mum (her nana) 90 $1 stratchies for her 90th birthday. She took her winning tickets in. An employee started to serve her and when she saw all the tickets asked mum “are they all winners”? she said yes. She then said to her workmate “I picked the wrong customer”! Mum told her that her beautiful grand daughter bought her the tickets for her 90th birthday. To my mums horror the employee said “I’d have thrown them in the bin”! Just wow. I’m so disgusted at this comment. My mum was really upset by this heartless comment. If I could leave 0 stars for this customer service I would have.
