Best Disability Support Provider In Melbourne

This company found me on Seek. We started the process to employment. Many missed communication on expectations and supposed mandatory requirements. I spent nearly 2 days at home on my computer doing what was asked and then some. Spent money when i was told it wasnt required. Infrequent follow ups to me calling and final straw a supposed zoom type induction at 11am. No notification lonk to get started, nothing. I called at 11.15 told I will get back to you, never heard anything all day till after I sent them an email regarding their disrespect and unprofessional behaviour on my time being important too. 2 calls from them to apologise and 1 email at 5.30 to say sorry again but call was cancelled due to a covid outbreak in office. Next morning I sent another email telling them I am not going forward with them as I feel they will not be a good fit with my expectations and what the have already shown me. Very disappointing. PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE GOING FORWARD WITH THIS COMPANY.

Sorry could only rate from my tv my phone stopped working, This nursing agency is so cool. I know all the other reviews have already said it though. This place really is amazing, good shifts whenever i wanted and also very calm relaxing jobs that pay well. Thanks Care Today Nursing.

I have been with Affinity for 10 years. There was a gap in the middle when I worked full time but when it came time to travel I did not hesitate to activate Affinity again.I have had 3 consultants over the years... Amy, Chelsea and now Thomas. All have been helpful, considerate and easy to get along with.Travel arrangement have been smooth and timely.There is only one agency for me.

I have known Carol at CS Medical Personnel for many years - through doing permanent and temporary work. At the moment I am kept very busy doing temporary assignments, and find that the Agency is very professional and very easy to work with. ****This is in regards to their district nursing service**** I am editing this review & upgrading from 1 star to 4. One of the nurses explained to me its up to the GP to make referrals etc, so it was his lack of follow up that was the problem. She was lovely to talk to & explained alot of things to me which makes a nice change. They have done the best they can for my mum now its time for the other services to step up & do their bit instead of expecting the family to do it all. Thank you Allana!As for the call centre, there has been some issues with communications, msgs not always been passed on etc. They won't speak to the carers at the home my mum lives in for 'privacy reasons' which is ridiculous really. I did make a complaint about those things & it seems things have improved since then though.

I approached Wendy for support with one of my NDIS participants. Wendy was thorough, professional, was a great fit for my participant and her supports, and the outcome has been recommendations that are suited to the participants individual needs. Wendy included other resources for us to follow up on and was very timely with her documentation. Highly recommended. Thank you Wendy you made a great difference for us.
