Pearl home care is a wonderful group that help so much in our care for my mother after bringing her home. Dipa and Rushi were always there to respond in person if any concerns. My husband was awarded a level 4 home care package. After researching a lot of Home Care providers in our area we signed on with Pearl Home Care in May 2022. We never regretted it as their service was wonderful. The carers were very capable , well trained and most importantly always gentle, friendly and empathetic to my husband and his needs. Sometime I had to change timings of carer visits …. often at short notice … but Rushi or Dipa always could come up with a solution to suit. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We switched to Pearl Home Care Gold Coast from one of the country's largest providers after experiencing the Pearl difference when our existing provider was short staffed and had to broker out services with Pearl. We were instantly amazed by the quality of service. We immediately made services with Pearl a regular adjustment through our existing provider. Once we learned of Pearl's very reasonable fees, we made the change permanent! Dipa and Rishi run a very personable and professional business with the customer experience truly at the heart of how they operate. In no way have we ever felt like a number, and the care for my Grandmother with high needs has always been of their upmost concern. We have received services from a fair few of Pearl's workers and can see the compassion, professionalism, and consistency of care is uniform across the board. Dipa, Rushi and their team are fantastic to deal with, compassionate, understanding and patient. They arranged for assisted home care for my mother post surgery & looked after her needs in a professional and caring manner. Highly recommend.
