Had Graham and his guys install a septic system, got 3 quotes and these guys were right on the money for the system recommended. Kept me up to date on what was happening and even managed to get the system in earlier than expected. Also provided photos during installation.Great service provided.

Its name says it all ,organized after a phone call that they were going to be a 1 hr ,explained i just came off nightshift and no sleep, said he would be a hr ,3 hrs later no show, no call ,left messages nothing,i wouldn't waste a phone call

I contacted Plendrive after we moved into a new property. We had never had a septic system prior to this. I had 3 quotes and Plendrive were cheaper by almost $100. They also provided a discount when my neighbor booked on the same day. When the driver arrived he was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us some great advice on how to maintain the system properly to keep it functioning between clean outs. He was professional and informative. I would recommend Plendrive to anyone needing septic maintenance.

ECOWATERWe have had a Biomax ATU for the last 16 years.We fought off the Water Corporation, the council and the Health Department when the deep sewer was installed in our area because we appreciated being able to reuse our water on the garden.The Biomax performed well over the period largely because it was well maintained. Ecowater has done the maintenance and servicing since their inception.Ecowater have been great to deal with.In particular, Warren has been diligent, cooperative and very tolerant in maintaining the unit despite the awkward access caused by a removable deck above the unit.Whenever there has been an issue he has addressed it promptly and provided good information about options when they existed.Our circumstances have now changed and we decided to decommission the unit.After discussing this with Warren, he suggested using the tank as a rainwater tank to enable us to continue watering the garden.As well as pumping out the tank, thorough cleaning of the inside of the tank and removal of some parts was required.Warren organized the pump out and then undertook the unpleasant job of cleaning the tank afterwards.Our plumber has connected the storm water drain and we are now ready to capture rain water to water our garden.It was another example of the great customer service we have received from Ecowater.I thoroughly recommend Ecowater as a great company to do business with.
