Hair extension technician

Sunshine and Geoff were both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and extremely friendly! This was my first time at Runway Salone and I would definitely recommend them.

I got my hair done here a week ago and the more I've thought on it the more unhappy I've been. The haircut itself was fine and the service was friendly, however I feel I was overcharged.I booked a restyle and washed my hair that morning so I wouldn't have to get it done in the salon as I'm on a bit of a budget and really couldn't afford it.I did ask for a bit of a wispy fringe, however after talking to my hairdresser and getting the rest of my hair cut we decided going for a bit more of a curtain look was better. I ended up with what is really just some subtle face framing and not at all something I or anyone I've spoken to would consider a fringe.When going to pay the lady who cut my hair asked another worker, do I charge this and this?"

Awesome place. I got my hair cut,hair coloring and keratin therapy done here. Each time I visit the place,the services they offered was superb. They did it well. My friends started giving positive comments on my hair and were asking for this place too. Definitely Worth....

I recently got weft hair extensions done for the first time by Madelleine at Eros hair and she blew my mind with her skills. I was worried about the extensions being uncomfortable or ruining my hair but she was knowledgeable, genuine and walked me through the whole process answering all questions I had. The end results and colour match were so amazing you’d be shocked if I told you it wasn’t my real hair! It was a pleasure being in her salon and company and I cannot recommend Eros hair enough - thankyou Madelleine!

I have been a client of the Neutral Bay Salon for the past 3 years. Have just visited the Rose Bay salon and was blown away by the quality of the services. Anthony, Lisa and all the staff are amazing. Best colourist in Sydney. Exactly what Rose Bay needed, they’re nothing short of fabulous .

Most condescending hair dressing experience I’ve had. I had my hair cut by lauren last week. Right from the start of the appointment her conversation was short and quite snappy. I mentioned I cut my own fringe (because I’ve had bad experiences before) and she brushed my fringe forward and said “yeah I can tell, it’s very uneven” while smirking her face. This is an example of the types of snide comments that continued for the rest of my appointment. I contemplated writing this review if the cut was good, but in short it’s not. The length is the only thing she got right. I asked for long blended layers and I got a hack job to be quite honest. I’ve had Grace do my blond colour in the past and she was lovely and did a great job. This experience with Lauren was so bad, unfortunately I won’t be back. I’m not sure if it was because I am youthful looking and successful woman she felt threatened??
