Contacted North Shore Pools about a pool build later in the year. Initially I received a prompt response with an indicative price.I responded to arrange a site visit and formal quote to progress the build but didn’t get a response. Followed up again 2 weeks later and now almost a month later I’ve still had no follow up email or even a phone call.All pool builders are flat out right now but to not even have the courtesy to respond to 2 follow up emails, even just to say they’re too busy to take on new work, is totally unprofessional. Meanwhile, they’re still regularly advertising on Instagram looking for work.Thankfully I’ve since found and engaged a professional pool builder that understands basic customer service.

Porpoise Pools and Enigma Outdoors were recommended to us. They are a family owned company with a great reputation & have been around for a long time.Our requirement was a pool that looks great, be unique in its shape, needed to be a feature point when looking down from our deck and that would transform our back garden and allow us long term enjoyment. Bonus, with the guidance Josh gave us during the planning stage, we have also ended up with a pool which is easy to maintain.Josh put in a lot of his time, thought and care into the design of our pool & surrounding landscaping. That was a big win for us. The build, beginning to end was stress free.Josh, Paul and their team of contractors are professional, friendly, meticulous and skilled with a wealth of knowledge in what they do.We are now into our 4th month of enjoying our pool and gardens.A big thank you from Simon & Dee

I had a brilliant experience with Classic Pools installing an in-ground modular in Brisbane. My block has difficult (steep and narrow) access and the pool site itself is very sloped. Nothing can be craned and custom concrete construction was going to be very challenging and expensive. I had never considered modular as an option until I saw examples of how they can be finished with decking like at the Classic display.I ordered a 6.1x3.6m rectangle with deep end from Classic. Mark was helpful with advice and organised an installer for me. The timelines and costs Mark estimated ended up being accurate almost to the dollar, even though my installation was difficult and the installers needed to bring in rock breakers to complete the excavation.I had the pool decking and fencing built by Kiemann Constructions, who Classic recommended, and love the results.Everybody I dealt with from sales to the installation partners and the builder were professional and considerate, forthright about what to expect, timing, pricing, etc and helpful at handover.I ordered in September, the pool was installed and swimmable (temporary fencing) in November, and fully completed (with deck and fence) in December. Overall the pool and deck were about half the price and a quarter of the time as concrete would have been.

Erik was professional and prompt with his service. He gave great advice on the type of pool cover to use. The pool cover is amazing. Easy to put on and take off and keeps the pool very warm.

So so impressed with the customer service from here. I ordered a start up kit for my spa, the shopping experience was easy and seamless. I received an email from Josh extending his thanks and letting me know he was there for any support which I thought was lovely! My package arrived quickly with no issues with a hand written note thanking me for my order. It really is those small little touches that make shopping with a family run business so great.
