I was planning to remove my old wardrobe, put a new floor and build a new one.Timing was a crucial point. When Fox came to my place, they listened to what I wanted and presented me with specific options. In addition, They negotiated directly with the floorcompany and arranged a schedule. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with my new wardrobe. Thank you, Fox!

Absolutely shocking!! Promised to refund my deposit during lockdown when I was stood down in September 2021 and to date have NEVER received it! They don’t respond to me and even lied to Fair Trading about refunding my money and STILL NOTHING!! Disgusting and shameful people - I don’t know how they sleep at night knowing that!

He was able to make recommendations which suited our needs perfectly, then carried out all works at an excellent standard and nothing was too much effort. The job was completed at the quoted price despite some extra work required, and the small finishing touches Alex added at no cost just emphasised his commitment to ensuring a quality result. The flat was let to a quality tenant the first weekend it was advertised and at a higher rent than I had hoped to achieve. These folks produced a quality bar table to our custom needs that we love. Thanks to Dan and the team for sourcing our desired wood tone to create an indoor table that sits proudly in our home and their flexibility on the specs and pick-up arrangements. The wooden tabletop didn't come varnished, just oiled, so we chose to varnish it ourselves later; it was stated as a kitchen-grade oiled finish but I should've clarified this is not the same as fully sealed. Workmanship on the iron frame was good and we're happy all up!

Was unaware Handkrafted existed, a friend recommended and was very glad for that suggestion. I found my furniture maker through this platform. Very impressed with the prompt response from Handkrafted team and their genuine help to assist in your requirements. My chosen furniture maker Steven Giannuzzi was exceptional. Very quick communication, 10/10 final furniture piece and the best thing, price and delivery time were well under expectations. Highly recommend using Handkrafted and their furniture makers.

Emailed an enquiry to place an order. Received a reply but then silence, but somehow I was still added to the mailing list that I never signed up for.

Huge selection of timber slabs, awesome and knowledgeable staff. Needed a specific length slab for a project and the blokes cut a slab to length to help me out. Definitely coming back again for my next project.
