Musical instrument store

Me and my mum came in today and Morgan (girl) was unbelievably helpful! She explained everything is amazing details and helped us make a good choice for the new phone and headphones we bought! She is just wonderful! We appreciate her so much!

A bunch of lying thieves. I bought a saxophone. The sales man told me it was a Jupiter with a hardcase. I got home and no where on the box did it say Jupiter. Next day I went to return the saxophone, in still unopened box. The manager insisted that he wouldn't take it back due to health law. It's unopened, I said! There is no health law about unopened boxes! So he opens the box while telling me that he can't resell as new (an opened instrument) and I notice the case wasn't even hard! It was nothing like he advertised and then he ended up charging me a 10% restocking fee to return it. I am sure they'll pocket that money and turn around and sell it as new. Basically scumbags like that is what has convinced me of not supporting local and just buying everything online.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff. An all round excellent experience. Highly recommended.

I live in Melbourne and was lucky enough to receive my order the day after and was so happy with the high quality of not only the ukulele but also the countless resources that came with it. I looove my case that I payed $20 more for, it was sooo worth it. I have continually used the chord diagram, perfect layout and easy to follow. I appreciate the professionalism and clear communication through the helpful emails given when I ordered and after I received my ukulele! Great website aswell!

I had a great experience. I needed to learn how to change my guitar string and the man at the front helped me straight away, with a straight forward and easy to follow demonstration. Every thing was very cheap compared to other music stores and was greatly laid out. This is how you run a store!

One of the single worst customer experiences I've had in my life.What should have been a pleasant and encouraging start into my musical journey and begun promising - has soon turned into an ordeal and exercise in frustration, with several visits to the store to handle an issue, each more fruitless than the previous - ending with what approximated an argument with a brick wall.The owner acted arrogant and condescending - interrupted me whenever I was trying to voice concerns over the violin I purchased - got personally offended for questioning its quality - and kept referring me to a music teacher he knew & recommended, rather than attempting to answer my queries there and then.After I met and spoke to the teacher in-store, I opted to buy a more expensive violin that would last me longer. He seemed offended that I didn't listen to their advice to keep the instrument I bought - which he remarked on in later conversation, saying they have wasted their time on me" and that I otherwise would have to pay for that time (violin lessons).I wrote an e-mail concerning the price of the new violin - which I was told has gone up in price twenty dollars from the catalogue price (up to $80 over what other stores sell it for with free shipping) - in which I wrote I was willing to negotiate a better price

I was able to get a sim card for my remote wi fi quite easily after NOT being able to get one at the nearby Telstra store.

A big thanks to Sarah and Andrew for assisting me in obtaining and setting up all the gear to connect MainStage to my Roland fantom X-8! Very professional service and they went out of their way to set up for me. Would thoroughly recommend them!

Excellent service and wonderful communication from staff. Were extremely accomodating when I asked for requests for my order and checked in to make sure my order had arrived safely. Really great business, i will definitely buy all ukulele related purchases from them in the future.
