Honestly the WORST blow wave I have ever received. I asked for a blow wave with volume and curl and walked out with my hair flat and straight, they also continued getting my hair court in the round brushes. Would not recommend this salon for a blow wave.

I Cannot thank Alpha Hair Clinic and Nate enough. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process from the initial consult all the way through to the third session making this a very comfortable experience. I’m ecstatic with the results Nate has provided me, he’s a true expert in his field and top bloke too.

After finishing my final session of SMP with Claudia, I have left feeling incredibly happy with results she has created. The transformation of my scalp has added structure and has framed my face perfectly which has boosted my confidence to a way I didn’t think was possible. I finally feel like I can move on from hair loss.As someone who pays incredibly close attention to small detail I am very happy that I chose Claudia as the artist to work on my scalp - she pays high attention to detail, especially with the hairline and temple areas and is very thorough in making sure the correct colour pigment is used. First off I would just like to say this is the most engaged and easy to deal with company I have EVER dealt with! We were in contact several times back and forth to get my piece customized just the way I wanted (and trust me it wasn’t easy since the pictures I sent weren’t the greatest that we were trying to color match my hair too) they are super quick to respond and answer any questions. Once I received my piece, it was beautiful! Even the packaging is nice. It did need a little trim on the bangs (and I anticipated that but I was afraid to tell them to cut more off on the off chance we cut too much - so I got my hairdresser to trim the bangs more for me). But it’s more than I could have hoped for! They also send you so many informative videos and info on everything you need to know from storing to, styling, and care of your hair. I can’t wait to get another one!!!

bought a product over an month and a half ago now, paid for postage, and i still have not received anything, no communication whatsoever from the company. have made MULTIPLE attempts to contact for a refund, got an email back a few weeks later, saying she was in ‘hospital’ and will contact me soon to organise a refund, yet still have not been contacted since and that was a few weeks ago. no one has responded to any of my requests since.DO NOT TRUST THEM OR PURCHASE ANYTHING! beware of this so called ‘company’

My overall experience has been very good at the clinic, especially the staff who has done the treatment (Serena) has been wonderful, its my third session so far and i am hoping for the best result.
