Sam and the Expert team were highly professional, efficient and did an exceptional job with my demolition. Having never built before, I didn’t know what to expect but Sam met me on the site to explain the process. His administration team promptly organised the paperwork and had permits ready very quickly. The actual demolition was completed efficiently and site left seamless in readiness for construction. I found Sam’s communication to be wonderful and he was absolutely lovely to deal with. I certainly will not hesitate to engage Expert for my next project. Thank you Sam!

Very efficient with the use of their machines. Minimal footprint left from their machines. Very approachable and freindly operators and owners. Went out of their way to help and please us.We were extatic will all aspects of work performed.- Dam dug , motocross track built , demolition of old buildings and trees cleared.All demolition items sorted into relevant piles and discarded.Highly recommend to anybody that appreciates an eye for detail.
