Incredible support and very professional. Can't thank Harshani enough!

Attended 4 sessions which always had technical issues with video chat, large portion of sessions were spent trying to connect to the service or being asked to book more appointments. Was told after 4 sessions that the psychologist was “not equipped” to help me and abandoned me in the middle of a crisis. I am autistic with dying family members and was talked down to like I was a child. I was very surprised given the company masquerades as progressive yet acts ableist. 0 stars if I could, literally made my mental health worse and I paid money for that, what a joke.

Angela is amazing. She took time to really get to know me and what I wanted out of our session. She is so caring and you can really tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend :)

Jane is an absolutely wonderful counsellor. She is everything you would want in a counsellor as she is passionate, kind and understanding. She has helped me make many positive changes in my life. I am forever grateful to have met Jane and I couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you Jane for turning my life around for the better.

Hugh provided a very professional and personalised experience for family mediation. He was sensitive to all issues and maintained everyones dignity during such a sensitive emotional time for all parties.His fees are half the price of what other organisations are asking for and mediation interviews are conducted in a very quick time period. I am extremly impressed that he keeps everything child focused and in the best interest. He wasnt biased and did not favour one party. I would highly reccomend Hugh to anyone wanting quick results, at low costs with a personalised service.

DeniseThank you for your assistance with completing mediation between myself and my daughters father. Both Mike and yourself were very welcoming. I had no expectations attending the mediation session and I believe you were able to assist both parties to communicate openly with one another to discuss any concerns we had. The day went smoothly and did not seem to be overly stressful for either party. We left with a parenting plan so this is a positive step for our young daughter and the start to positive coparenting.Again thank you!

I attended the Profound Connection: Parent to Child workshop with Sascha Norman and it was the most beautiful 2 hours. Sascha's open and intuative style is just amazing. I feel so lucky to have taken part in this with my daughter.
