Car wash

A special call-out to Noah & Ryan who prepped our Mazda 6 hatch on Monday 1/5/23 at 1:35pm. As I was waiting in queue I observed their big smiles and how thorough the boys were in prepping cars ahead of me.I was also greet with big smiles and my car was also thoroughly prepped - the best I have ever seen at Washed on James.Well done Noah & Ryan.

Dave showed up at rhe last minute, and managed to accomplish the impossible! He got rid of all my border collie shedding inside my brand new car... he did an amazing job! After he was done with the interior deluxe detailing, the car looks the same as the day i picked it up from the dealers.Dave thank u!!!!!

Nice and clean. Fuel was cheap. Cafe looked good and had plenty of options. Didn't get a chance to try out the cafe.

Good on the 3 boys at the car wash today in the cold. An extra mention to a young tall red headed boy. While we were sitting waiting & watching the other cars before us he was the only one not doing a quick rough job, he took his time & pride in what he was doing. Thought I would give BP Doncaster a try ,.not quite sure how the reward points worked so I scanned the Qantas cardThis very discourteous guy about 50 or so told me if I want to accept or use the points in a condescending manner.When I said I accept the reward ,he asked me for mobile phone app When I said I don't have my phone he turned nasty and told me to cancel . What a rude rude fella, as if I owe him a living.I left disgustedNever again BP Doncaster never

Today we took our Tesla in for a car wash. We were advise that we needed pay an extra fee to remove the bugs on the bumper bar. Which we agreed on. We came to the car and we noticed that our window strips looked like they had A chemical sprayed on them and we tried to wipe it off and didn’t have any luck.We are see the cameras and we had seen that they had sprayed degreaser all over the windows and the owner was not cooperating with us. Just continue to wash the cars and tell us his too busy to deal with this. We have the footage of the staff member spraying it all over the car instead of just supposably being the bumper bar.the staff members which was Francis the owner. And he tried to tell us that that was already there already. But our car is a brand-new car haven’t had it for long and we know every detail on our car! And there was no damage on it prior to us dropping off the car and getting it cleaned. Francis dealt with it very aggressively wouldn’t cooperate with us. Kept washing cars while we questioned him!!! He told us to even call the police and deal with that with them. Extremely unprofessional, rude manner. And do not recommend this place especially if you have a luxury car. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Fantastic customer service with a detail and polish job done to match! Car came up looking brand new, no complaints and would definitely use again.

This company is very well organised, Roy was very easy to talk to and understanding of the job that needed to be done. Very well priced, and great work done. Communication was excellent, and finished product was to great standards. I'd recommend this company for any car detailing, they have a range of options to suit your needs.
