Fresh Nails

This used to be a good place but the service has dropped. You used to get a nice leg massage with the foot spa but now they hurry as they have to push people through. It doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not you still have to wait. It's a shame as it was so good. I still go there but am looking to go elsewhere due to sometimes spending way too much time sitting around while they continue to bring people in the door to sit and wait so they don't loose customers. People are lovely but they have lost the customer service side of their business.

Having been away for 5 months I was delighted to return to Lavington for pedicure and manicure. Staff always friendly and helpful. Yes! Staff do speak English. Conversation involves both people speaking. Congratulations on providing great service.

I had my nails done here & left for Melbourne the next day for an event, unfortunately the gel on three of my nails started coming off on day 2 & by the time the event started it lifted off completely (which was on day 3). Extremely disappointing!!

My daughter and I have been here many times. We keep coming back and have only had the pedicure so can’t comment on anything else. They always make sure they fit us in. The prices are comparable to other places in the area. It is very clean and the only complaint would be that they used to do a 3-5 minute massage if the foot and lower leg but they really don’t do that anymore which is disappointing. Otherwise I would recommend for a pedicure. If you don’t have open toe shoes they give you things for free.

While I was at fresh nails I went through three staff members none of which I could understand clearly because they were constantly talking in the phone language this made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked the lady for coffin shape she never told me about the extra price that had to be added on and they blame that for the reason it took them two hours for just a simple acrylic plane paint job. When this was brought up to the staff members they completely shut me down and they were totally rude yelling constantly and also mumbling in their own language is yet again I definitely do not recommend this is the second time I’ve been there and had this happen First time I ended up leaving while it was dark. As well as this after talking to the managers about a refund or even a voucher they completely refused and as myself and friends were walking out one lady who with with a customer at the time stuck her finger up. Horrible business never again will I be going to. Do not recommended at the Slightest .

Ive only been here two times in the last month and a bit but im SO happy with them, the lady who does my nails knows exactly what I want and she did an AMAZING job on my nails, I got an orange acrylic nails with a swirl design on my ring and middle fingers. highly recommend
