If you are looking for bike related advice or servicing best to go elsewhere. Servicing is costly and pretty average, have had major parts ($200 or more) replaced without being contacted or asked if I wish to go ahead. Poor advice and knowledge in anything mountain bike related. Honestly just come here for a laugh now. Nice road frames tho

Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me.Cons:- After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock.- My patience is wasted.- The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses.- 5 items ordered and 2 items came.- Giving you false hope.Pros:- At least they partially refund the item and apologise.Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away.

My wife and I recently had out two mountain bikes fully serviced at Trailhead for a major ride in Far North Queensland.We received good suggestions on what was needed and all was done with the minimum of expense.It is great to have such a service in the local area.On another occasion we were host to a travelling cyclist who had mechanical problems. He still needed to get to Adelaide and Trailhead went out of their way to help the guy and get him on the road again.All in all a great local service which would also be great for any new bike purchase.We will be having our road bikes serviced there also from now on.ThanksGary - Moggs Creek

I've had number of interactions with 99Bikes at Nailsworth, mainly with Josh in service. I really can't recommend him and all the crew enough. Nothing is a problem and often any work has been done on the spot if required. Very good pricing on work and very chilled atmosphere. As an older rider, it's great to have somewhere to go where people listen and do their best to make your riding experience 100%.

Torrin was the sale assistant that served me today. This was my first time in this store we were looking at some bikes but weren’t 100% sure what we were looking for. Torrin kindly came up and asked us if we need any help. He was so nice and patient with us. as we asked him loads of questions. He helped us make our decision so much easier by listing to what we wanted to do with the bikes and he helped us make the right decision. His costumer service was amazing and its definitely 5 stars from me, and we will definitely be back again.

easy and quick service by one man

After several 'intensely' negative experiences with the Anaconda Butler balding-bully store member, we have decided to now only visit the Joondalup store---it would be worth the extra drive time. In total contrast to the Butler store, the Joondalup store staff members are incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, and they each have a genuine interest in delivering quality customer service. We'll be back to Joondalup each and every time from now on.

I have been using We The Riders for the last four years to create our custom riding t-shirts and jerseys. The quality of the product and the designs are second to none, best option for anyone in Australia wanting custom gear. Highly recommended!

My experience using eRider was phenomenal. I really didn’t have my hopes up for receiving my Weekend Warrior E-Skateboard under a week. To my amazement I got my package at my door the very next day. The eRider staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the questions that I had and to put the icing on the cake, they responded to my queries in a matter of hours. I’ve been out on a few rides on my new skateboard now and I have to say that the ride is incredible! I can feel the power below my feet and there’s nothing that seems like an obstacle for it with the 150mm all terrain wheel option that I took. Also, I’m yet to come across a hill that is too much for it to ascend easily. It’s been able to zip up everything I’ve thrown before it.I’ve found a new hobby to enrich my life for years to come!
