We were moving into a new apartment which required Totally Outdoors to work with the major construction company to supply the materials a long time before they would actually build the louver roof. After many discussions with the building engineers, surveyors, councils and permit requirements we have our louver roof. We only worked with Totally Outdoors by phone and didn't meet them face to face until the construction started. They were seamless in keeping us informed as to the progress, and delivered a high quality product. We couldn't be more happy with the service, product and communication. I needed some small glass panels for some broken glass lanterns that we plan to use for wedding table decorations. They were very helpful and provided exactly what I needed at a resonable prices as well as adding some extra panels I can store in case any of the lanterns break again as we are setting up for the wedding day. Very impressed with the above and beyond service I experinced.

Very unhappy with the communication. Final product looks terrible. Stuffed up order. Very disappointing and smaller than we expected it to be. Has gaps around frame and pop riverts everywhere. Finish is nothing like what we already have. Thought we could live with it but being in our entertainment area, EVERYONE comments on it.
