I certainly would recommend Chaffeys mowers. The owner, Kevin was extremely knowledgable and more than happy to locate and order in special products and parts that I needed for my tractor.I have been taking all my farming and power equipment to Chaffeys for many years with big and small problems - although never the same one twice - and always find their staff to be happy and approachable. They always give me appropriate advice and outstanding service.

Bloody awful service, no knowledge of basic mover parts and operation. Owner's attitude to help and think outside the box to meet customers needs of a very low standard. Only interested in quick cash sales, leaves people waiting. Cann't relate to parts and identify them to computer manual.I went to a bearing place in the area, they where able to get me my bearings, seals and spacer within 15 mins, over 1.5 hours waiting at Chaffey's.I feel Cub Cadet should revoke there dealership, due to this owner's lack of commitment to helping Cub Cadet owner's with their maintenance requirements.

Can't complain about the service,there is none.Left mower to be looked at and report what repairs might be neededCost $35 just to be looked at and report about repairs.9 days go by and have had to ring and ask about progress 3 times.Last phone call , I asked what Progress,told they would look in the queue and see where it stood.Told them not to worry about it and I would pick up mower and get my money back.Told in a sarcastic way to have a good xmas..Went to mower place in peel st.Staff there were very helpful and told me what was wrong with mower and how time fix it.Fixed it myself ,cost $8 for parts.Would not recommend chaffeys to anyone.

Brilliant service, My machine was in poor condition, thought it had seen the last of its days, now its good as new. Owner was very helpful and honest in telling me what I should do and could've easily talked me into a new machine. Highly recommend their servicing abilities and their trade knowledge. P.S My shindaiwa chainsaw is awesome! Thanks again.
